We are looking for qualified sales people and we need them NOW!

The Sales Consultant contacts potential customers to provide them with DSG Solutions products and services information in a way which will lead to the sales of those products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Represent DSG in a professional and ethical manner
* Adhere to approved sales techniques and processes in dealing with potential customers
* Communicate effectively with other team members and departments regarding sales issues and follow-up.

Tasks and Work Activities

* Contact private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for products or services
* Interview and advise potential customers regarding products and services which will best meet their needs
* Deliver sales presentations using approved methods in order to persuade potential customers to purchase products or services
* Obtain customer information such as name, address, payment method
* Enter orders into computer system
* Respond to customer inquiries
* Do follow-up on initial sales contacts
* Provide customer service.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
* Two (2) years of outside sales experience and/or
* Six (6) months of call center experience

* Superior customer service skills with ability to create and maintain effective relationships with potential customers
* Excellent work ethic
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, adapt and thrive in fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and determination to succeed
* Ability to meet quality standards
* Basic computer skills in web-based applications
* Personal time management skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information and issues confidentially and with discretion

Work Conditions:

* Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
* Requires sitting for extended periods of time

* Ability to hear, see and speak clearly
* Requires working in close physical proximity to other people
* Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls

Compensation

* $8 per hour plus commissions
* Flexible work schedule (part-time and full-time shifts available)
* Benefits available (full-time shifts only)
